The Evolution of TNC Scrubs
What started as The Nurse’s Closet has evolved into TNC Scrubs, a brand created for every woman who wears scrubs, no matter her profession.
Founded with a passion for helping hardworking women feel comfortable and confident, TNC Scrubs was built on the belief that workwear should look as good as it feels. While our roots began serving nurses, our vision has expanded to include women in healthcare, veterinary medicine, dentistry, aesthetics, childcare, beauty, wellness, and beyond.

Hi, I’m Shamaria, founder of TNC Scrubs.
Helping women feel confident has always been at the heart of everything I do. What began as a passion project quickly became an opportunity to serve hardworking women who deserve scrubs that are comfortable, flattering, and designed for real life.
As a woman who understands the demands of balancing work, family, and everyday responsibilities, I wanted to create a brand that helps women feel their best while doing what they do best.
Family is a huge part of my inspiration, which is why our signature collections, the Paris Collection and India Collection, are named after my daughters, who inspire me every day. They represent the strength, beauty, and confidence that I hope every woman feels when wearing TNC Scrubs.
